A word from our President:

I would like to thank all of our loyal customers for the work we have accomplished together. We value the commitment we have with one another and look forward to continuing to service you for years to come. During this time R&B is committed to performing the same services you have come to expect from us. We will continue to transport and dispose of waste materials until our drivers or office staff no longer feel protected or we are mandated to park our equipment. The safety of your employees, our staff and the general public’s wellbeing is of the utmost importance to our organization. We all need to band together and exercise patience, compassion and support one another.

R&B Debris names Patrick Dauria General Manager

Patrick Dauria has been named General Manager of R&B Debris, as announced today by John Thomas, President. In his new role, Dauria will oversee all operations for the South Jersey-based company which provides transportation and disposal solutions for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

“Patrick is already a strong addition to our team,” said Thomas. “His extensive experience in the environmental services industry was a natural fit for us as we are growing and expanding. His knowledge of the logistics involved in running a company like ours will be invaluable.”

Since 2016, Dauria served as Director of Business Development and Division Director for Active Environmental Technologies in Mt. Holly, NJ, working with all lead project managers to coordinate a variety of projects, from timelines to budgets to scheduling. He was also actively involved with Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.

“I am eager to get started with R&B and take the company to new heights,” said Dauria. “We’re growing, and it’s that kind of company that appeals most to me. From the new trailer tipper in Pennsylvania, our new location in Folsom, to some new corporate alliances, I like being with a company poised for great growth.”

Before joining Active Environmental Technologies, Dauria was the Director of Business Development for Atlantic Industrial Recovery in Southampton, NJ, where he worked with the company’s president to build the company’s presence in a new geographic area, overseeing everything from real estate acquisition to staffing, the development of safety and healthcare plans to contract negotiations.

Dauria also has experience with Haas Environmental, where, during a seven-year tenure, he served as Assistant Regional Director of Business Development and Division Manager, Project Manager, and Marketing Manager.

Dauria holds these certifications: OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper, Safe Transportation of Hazardous Materials, Confined Space Entry, OSHA 8 Hr. General Industry, OSHA 8 Hr. Construction, RCRA Regulatory Review Course, DOT Training Certification, and Environmental Audits and Site Assessments.

John Thomas named President of R&B Debris

The Hainesport Transportation Group has named John Thomas president of R&B Debris, one of its subsidiary companies. R&B Debris, based in Hainesport, NJ, provides transportation services for hazardous and non-hazardous materials, providing disposal solutions through a network of private and public landfills in the Greater Philadelphia region.

In this role, Thomas will be responsible for strengthening the relationships with the company’s current clients and disposal partners and spearheading efforts to grow R & B Debris through new partnerships and planning a long-term strategy in an everchanging industry.

“John has decades of experience in the transportation industry, with significant positions in fleet management,” said Darryl Caplan, Managing Partner of The Hainesport Transportation Group. “Bringing his expertise to R&B Debris will allow the company to grow under his leadership.”

Thomas was practically raised in the transportation industry. In addition to his parents’ operating a tractor trailer company, Thomas has worked for Statewide Hi-Way Safety as fleet maintenance manager, for Universal Express as fleet manager, and as operations manager for M.L. Ruberton Construction and then it’s sister company, Aquatex.

In 2016, John joined R&B Debris as a transportation and disposal specialist to help the organization grow and develop into larger markets.

“I’m looking forward to taking R&B Debris to the next level, in terms of revenue and in services we can provide as well as in finding opportunities for innovative partnerships,” said Thomas. “I have spent my entire professional career to this industry and as the business evolves with the times, it’s both challenging and exciting to stay ahead of the changes.”

The Hainesport Transportation Group, based in new Jersey, provides fully integrated transportation and disposal services and focuses on the needs of companies involved with solid waste streams.
