John Thomas has been president of R&B Debris since November of 2018, after joining the company in 2016 as a transportation and disposal specialist to help the organization grow and develop into larger markets.

John is responsible for strengthening the relationships with the company’s current clients and disposal partners and spearheading efforts to grow R & B Debris through new partnerships and planning long-term strategy in an everchanging industry.
With decades of experience in the transportation industry, and with significant positions in fleet management his addition to R&B Debris has positioned the company for continued growth.
Thomas was practically “raised” in the transportation industry. In addition to his parents’ operating a tractor trailer company, Thomas has worked for Statewide Hi-Way Safety as fleet maintenance manager, for Universal Express as fleet manager, and as operations manager for M.L. Ruberton Construction and then it’s sister company, Aquatex.
Patrick Dauria joined R&B Debris as General Manager in November 2019. His role involves overseeing all operations and logistics.

Since 2016, Dauria served as Director of Business Development and Division Director for Active Environmental Technologies in Mt. Holly, NJ, working with all lead project managers to coordinate a variety of projects, from timelines to budgets to scheduling. He was also actively involved with Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.
Before joining Active Environmental Technologies, Dauria was the Director of Business Development for Atlantic Industrial Recovery in Southampton, NJ, where he worked with the company’s president to build the company’s presence in a new geographic area, overseeing everything from real estate acquisition to staffing, the development of safety and healthcare plans to contract negotiations.
Dauria also has experience with Haas Environmental, where, during a seven-year tenure, he served as Assistant Regional Director of Business Development and Division Manager, Project Manager, and Marketing Manager.
Dauria holds these certifications: OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper, Safe Transportation of Hazardous Materials, Confined Space Entry, OSHA 8 Hr. General Industry, OSHA 8 Hr. Construction, RCRA Regulatory Review Course, DOT Training Certification, and Environmental Audits and Site Assessments.
